Position: Junior Artworker/Designer

OVERVIEW:

Experience and knowledge of the print/reproduction industry and the technology used within the creative services industry
including online development. A strong empathy for design, technology and creativity, with an attention to detail.
Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite of InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop and associated industry
related software.

JOB PURPOSE:
To work within a creative department as part of a dynamic team of graphic designers, web developers and marketers to
deliver high impact marketing and creative campaigns. You be working to tight deadlines so the ability to work under
pressure whilst maintaining the highest of standards is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating and amending current Artwork
To develop creative concepts created by a team of designers and produce final artwork ready for print or web.
Ensure relevant information is supplied to the creative team in all stages
of the projects.
Adhering to deadlines and artwork proofing.

The successful candidate must possess the following:
Experience working on print based graphic design
Working knowledge of the print process; to be able to get artwork ready for print using the required software: InDesign,
Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
Experience working on web/online projects with basic knowledge of website production, HTML and CSS using the required
software: Dreamweaver
and Photoshop.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, a team player, able to communicate effectively, share ideas and support other
areas of the business where necessary
