Our client is an industry leader and an integral part of the global travel industry. With a presence in over 150 countries the services this company provides are critical to the ongoing success of the industry.
As a crucial member of the Compliance and Ethics function you will work under the direction of the Head of Global Compliance & Ethics. This will involve participating in the development and implementation of Compliance & Ethics business-wide initiatives and activities.
To be considered you must fulfil the following criteria
* Excellent working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including privacy/data protection legislation
* Experience with a modern, large-scale Record Management program (e.g. oversight of policy and retention schedules, disposition, vendor management)
* Be familiar with best practices in maintenance of electronic records and other electronically stored information
* Project Management experience (internal audit/investigation knowledge)
* Managerial / supervisory experience.
You will also have excellent analytical, written, interpersonal and presentation skills and be educated to graduate level or equivalent in a business discipline.
