An opportunity for a target driven and 'solution-oriented' Sales Account Manager to join a market leader that provides
comprehensive IT solutions to schools throughout the UK.

schools. Based at the Oxfordshire HQ just between Didcot & Abingdon, OX14 4SE (30 mins from Reading/20 mins - Newbury/45
mins - Swindon), the position combines account management with some elements of new business development, and joint
responsibility for a m territory sales target that will be achieved through working effectively with a field-based
sales colleague to propose and close complex deals and bids.

Whilst office based, the role encompasses territory ownership, planning and forecasting responsibilities, complete
accountability for customer relationships, the remit to create innovative bespoke customer IT solutions (using support of
field sales, technical and educational specialist colleagues) and of course ultimately negotiate and close deals.

Drawing upon RM Education's vast product and service portfolio, solutions can include everything from a 3k hardware
order through to a 300k entire school IT infrastructure and network. Overall this represents the chance to join an

The Individual

* Proven 'solution sales' skills in any industry (prior experience selling ICT solutions are preferable, but full
training can be provided).

* Driven, high level of energy, enthusiastic and target & results oriented.

* Exceptional customer care, strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication and flexible to
tailor approach and communication style to different customers.

* A proactive and consultative approach, strong active listening, objection handling, negotiation, influencing and
closing abilities.

* Planning and organising skills to handle the workload and to prioritise activities across a large group of customers
in a dynamic work environment.

* Previous experience of selling into education is not required.
