Senior Consultant - Financial Services

Timothy James Consulting are a Senior Appointments recruitment consultancy with offices in Bristol, London and
Manchester.

Offering both permanent and interim solutions to our clients we focus on roles with daily rates in the range of 400 -
1,500 per day (50,000 - 200,000 salaries).

Established since 2003, we have been in the Sunday Times Virgin-Fast Track Top 100 growing Small Companies for the last 3
years, have been voted one of the Top 5 Small Companies to work for in the UK, and have recently had a significant
investment from James Caan's Hamilton Bradshaw group that will enable us to achieve our ambition of rapid specialist
expansion across the UK, Europe as well as the stated objective of opening shortly in Australia.

The skills ranges in which we recruit include Project and Programme Managers, Directors/Assistant Directors and "Heads
of" a number of high demand market sectors. Increasingly, as the economy changes we are also experiencing a huge rise in
demand for Business Analysts and Business Change/Transformation Managers.

The Sector:

The Financial Services sector has gone through two years of tremendous difficulty, but even within that time, the
opportunity within recruitment to facilitate their transformation, change and new European-led regulatory frameworks has
been tremendous.

The sector is now seeing both a new dawn of opportunities for existing, traditional players in the market place as well
as the emergence of a whole range of new entrants into the market place who are keen to take advantage of the new age of
opportunity and challenge.

As a result the skill-set demand for real business leaders and innovators is reaching levels not seen for a number of
years - both on a national and international level. Affected by both the current political changes, the needs of business
as well as the wider international economy, the sector holds massive appeal for those with a real interest in business.
