Project Manager, NHS, Transformation, Change.
Transformation Project Manager required to work with my NHS client to a assist Clinical and Support departments in
developing respective projects within the change programme. The Project Manager will be responsible for Business Process
Pathway Re-design.
Essential Skills.
PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification and a good understanding and experience of tailoring PRINCE2 to different sized
projects (minimum 3 years)
Strong communication skills including diplomacy and excellent negotiation
Be highly organised and have good attention to detail
Be energetic and have a positive attitude
Preferable experience of working in the NHS
Assisting Clinical and Support departments in developing their respective projects within the change programme.
Monitoring and reporting on the progress of the projects to the Head of Transformation
Coordinating projects across multiple departments.
Maintaining all Project documentation
Work with the established Project team to progress the projects through whole project life cycle
Liaison with senior management and clinicians across multiple specialities and departments
Provide Project Management input to smaller scale projects as required
