A very highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Manager is required to join a highly commercial Global
company based in Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities will include Implementing a Company Training and Succession Programme, Designing and Delivering in
house Management Training and continuing to build on the in house recruitment programme.
Additional duties will be to manage the implementation and communication of a Global Employee Opinion Survey, support
individual training programmes and source training through external vendors when required.
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with the strong potential for permanent employment
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of designing and delivering training sessions and courses and will have
an operational and hands on approach to Training and Development thereafter.
