Business Development Manager, Systems Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager - proven Western Europe territory experience important! Complex radio systems, PMR, Private Mobile Radio, Tetra, P25, MPT, Conventional Radio, Telecommunications, Command and Control Systems for blue-light, emergency services, military, forces. Uncapped £OTE so earnings can be double or triple basic salary.
For the last 30 years, my prestigious global client has been manufacturing mission-critical command and control communications solutions for public safety, transportation, utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and business applications throughout the world.
Due to expansion they have a new opportunity for a technically-minded complex radio systems solutions New Business Development professional to fulfil a Regional Sales Manager role in the Western Europe territory. You absolutely MUST have experience of selling complex, bespoke radio systems solutions to the Public Safety or Oil and Gas or Transport or Utility sectors IN THE WESTERN EUROPE TERRITORY along with having EXISTING contacts in this territory to be considered for this position. You MUST reside in Western Europe.
My client offers a fantastic uncapped bonus/commission plan with accelerators so it is possible to earn way in excess of your basic in commission.
Key Responsibilities include:
Pro-actively identify and develop opportunities to sell systems, products and services directly to existing and new distributors, dealers and end users.
Complete management of the sales cycle from initiation through to contract closure & contribute to creation of sales plan.
Provide accurate and timely information and forecasts including regular and ad-hoc reports as required.
Prepare, plan and conduct regular customer visits, exhibitions, demonstrations, sales and technical training and seminars.
Manage both Direct and Indirect Sales in the assigned region.
Achieve sales and revenue targets for Western Europe through growth of existing direct and indirect customers and acquisition of new business.
Grow business in Western Europe through Business Development and Account Management of direct and indirect channels and customers in the region.

My client is based near Basingstoke, Hampshire / Berkshire and you would be required to visit this office occasionally however you will be predominantly be working throughout your territory of Western Europe and from your home office. You could however be located near any of Wales, Cardiff, Bristol, Swindon, Dorset, Devon, Reading, Berkshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Sussex, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Midlands, North etc.
