Are you looking for a Recruitment / Resourcing Consultant / Manager role?

Our Client, a leader in their field is recruiting for a Recruitment expert.

This is a challenging and autonomous role which will include:

* Resourcing and recruiting a strong database of available candidates to support recruitment projects
* Working closely with the Sales Director to implement candidate generation strategies
* Conducting screening interviews and holding face to face interviews across the UK
* Organising and co-ordinating assessment days
* Accompanying the Sales Director to present to potential new businesses

This role requires:
* Proven successful recruitment background
* Self starter who is motivated to establish a strong database of suitable candidates
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with candidates and clients at all levels
* Strong IT and organisational skills to manage a busy and ever changing workload
* Experience of working within pharmaceutical, Healthcare or NHS recruitment would be an advantage, however this is not
essential
* Flexibility to travel across the UK to hold candidate interviews and assessment days
