We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst who is looking to break into to the Banking and Finance sector within the I.T industry.
Experience and Skills…
* Logging calls and details into call logging system.
* Basic Active Directory account administration e.g. password resets.
* Basic troubleshooting of common IT software products.
* Ability to fix 30%+ of all calls first time.
* Ensure the client is kept fully up to date on outstanding issues.
* Prioritise nature of calls according to local Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Essentials…
* Minimum of 1 year's helpdesk or service desk experience.
* Understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. [contact details removed] * Understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP.
* Understanding of Active Directory.
* CompTIA A+, MCP or similar accreditation or training.
