PA/Admin role supporting Head of Legal & team in EC2-based bank. Deadline-driven, fast-paced dept, duties will include:
* Diary management, arranging and prioritising appointments and organising meetings
* Screening calls, emails & correspondence
* Organising travel arrangements
* Room bookings and providing general administrative assistance to the team
* Maintaining accurate holiday and sickness records for the team
* Assisting with preparation of presentations and reports, including MI and costs and with the team Sharepoint site
* Dealing with expenses, invoice checking and processing
* Assisting with new starters or leavers
* General administrative duties will also include, photocopying, printing, binding reports, filing (electronic and
archiving originals) and liaising with law firms regarding deal bibles
* Identifying and resolving operational/technical/customer problems, or referring as appropriate
* Carrying out a broad range of clerical procedures/undertake project work as assigned in a confidential manner
* Maintaining filing systems for office correspondence, circulating important copy correspondence
Must be highly organised, able to prioritize effectively, pro-active, excellent oral/written communication skills, MS
Office skills
Experience gained ideally from a Legal dept within corporate or financial services firm
