Conveyancing Fee Earner - Cheshire - £20k

Due to an increase in workload a Cheshire based Law Firm are recruiting for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to manage a caseload of up to 250 sale and purchase files.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to make a move into a successful team. Working independently you'll handle a full caseload of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold matters in respect of sales and purchases. You should be able to build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries and become involved in marketing and business development opportunities

Ideally you'll have around 3 years conveyancing experience as a Fee Earner, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer and possess a good working knowledge of land law and landlord and tenant law.

You should be a motivated, client-focused and friendly conveyancer who is looking for an exciting but challenging opportunity. You'll possess excellent client care and communication skills, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have previous experience of handling a large caseload of matters using a Case Management System. You should be a team player and be able to get along with others and enjoy working in a culture that is highly focused but friendly and supportive environment.

The team is a stable team and there are opportunities to progress.
