.Net Developer / Analyst Programmer - ASP.NET / C# / Web Services / OO / SQL / XML / Javascript

My client are multi award winners, leaders in their field with 7 offices globally they are a dynamic, financial software house who provide systems to the majority of the UK Financial Services Companies. With continued year on year growth last decade they are still growing and as such they currently have a position for an experienced .Net Developer to join their core development team in their Surrey based office - My client offer a real chance for further career progression and a good benefits package as well as strong basic.

The role will suit an individual who likes to play an active role in indentifying and improving processes within the full project lifecycle. The UK infrastructure team are responsible for designing and maintaining an n-tier framework which is used to drive over 250 projects.

Skills

- At least four years commercial experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web Services)
- OO, software patterns, n-tier architecture
- SQL Server design, development, performance tuning
- XML, xHTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Ability to plan, manage and lead projects whilst mentoring other developers
- Financial background or a strong interest in finance

Beneficial skills

- Knowledge of redundant systems eg web and SQL server farms
- Experience in offshoring
- Experience of liaising with business analysts, project managers and customers
- Experience in SQL replication
- Hardware architecture

Location: Role is in Surrey however is very easily commutable from central and West London.
