excellent opportunity for an Internal Account Manager seeking a structured career path. With a suite of products/services

The role would suit a recent graduate / graduate engineer looking to move their career forwards within a dynamic rapidly
growing company in a hot technology area.
The role entails managing a number of existing corporate accounts with the view to qualifying opportunities, closing
sales where appropriate or delegating to a Corporate Sales Executive and "shadowing them" throughout the sales cycle.
Predominantly internally based, the successful applicant will be pro-actively seeking opportunities and qualifying the
need for a technical solution that fits their business drivers.
The job involves communicating with customers and potential customers over email and telephone. The role splits into
account management, small volume sales on incoming enquiries and sales team support.
The Technical Sales role involves answering the phones / emails for new sales enquiries. This necessitates an
understanding of the company's products and services at a technical level.
The Account Management role, involves pro-actively reaching out to existing customers, to tell them about new products
and services, as well as to ensure that we are delivering the level of services they expect.
The Support role involves answering the phones, gaining an understanding of the reason a customer has contacted support,
identifying the cause of the issue and either resolving the issue or escalating the issue if necessary.
Excellence using standard office applications is a must, and you must be happy to rapidly learn new systems and tools.
