Dreamweaver (or similar coding software)

CSS3
JavaScript/JQuery
Understanding of SEO when writing code
PHP
MySQL
Wordpress
Flash
Knowledge of online advertising
Knowledge of and able to build template in email campaign software such as Campaign Monitor
