My client is a fast growing organisation providing strong career paths and future management opportunities, with the
success of being the number one agent in the area they are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join there network of 9
offices in Surrey. The company offers excellent earning potential with the opportunity to grow and develop in the role.
Key responsibilities for Lettings Negotiator:
* Let existing property stock
* Attract new Lettings instructions
* Meet branch targets
The ideal candidate for the lettings Negotiator role will be able to demonstrate:
* Lettings skills
* Previous Lettings experience
* Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation
* Target orientated
* Excellent geographical knowledge of Surrey
The ideal candidate for a lettings Negotiator will have:
* At least 6 months experience
* Full driving licence
Salary and benefits:
* Up to 15,000 P/A plus commission
