Home Support Assistant-Weekends

Care Contacts is an approved provider for Coventry City Council to provide home care in the area.

Due to a high level of demand they are now looking to recruit caring and enthusiastic Home Support Assistants / Carers to join our team.

ROLE INFORMATION

* You will enable customers to remain in their own homes by providing the support and care needs to help them achieve maximum independence

* To ensure that all care needs of customers are met in full, according to the care plan

* To preserve the privacy, confidentiality and dignity of individual customers, whilst demonstrating an understanding of their rights

THE HOME CARE ASSISTANTS / CARERS MUST HAVE / BE THE FOLLOWING:

* A caring personality with empathy for older people

* A hands-on, pro-active member of the care team

* Good written and spoken English to a level capable of accurately recording care notes and communicating effectively with people

* Working hours, able to start at 7am and finish at 10pm.

THE HOME CARE ASSISTANTS WILL IDEALLY HAVE / BE THE FOLLOWING:

* Experience essential

* Have full UK/EU driving license and use of a vehicle
