The Company Graduate Business Development Executive

The Role Graduate Business Development Executive

The role of Graduate Sales Executive will require you to communicate with high level decision-makers on a daily basis, including the Managing Director, Sales Directors and IT Directors alongside client companies. Graduates will shadow and support the senior consultants, particularly in qualifying opportunities with potential clients. The first 6 months will include in-depth training in all aspects of Sales and Industry Knowledge to help ensure success and continued progression.

Graduates will deal with warm leads as well as building up their own pipeline with new business contacts. Following the complete sales cycle, graduates will create new opportunities and close business simultaneously in this varied and challenging role.
