A leading FM service provider is looking for an HR Administrator to join their team to provide support and assist the day
to day HR queries. You will acquire a high level of HR knowledge on policies, procedures and HR best practice seeking
advice from the HRBP/Centre where in doubt and be confident in resolving queries to a satisfactory conclusion. You will
support the HR Business Partner and HR Advisor/Payroll in respect of new employees, changes to terms and conditions and
resignations and co-ordinate and manage the preparation of documentation in respect to the recruitment of new employees,
ie pre-offers, offers of employment, verbal/written reference requests, follow up documentation. Also collate TUPE
information for tender submissions and TUPE transfers. YOU WILL HAVE OR ARE WORKING TOWARDS CERTFICATE IN PERSONNEL
