About us

Part of the TUI Travel Group, SkiBound is a tour operator which has been specialising in school and adult group travel
for over 26 years. As well as our locally run hotels, SkiBound operate ClubHotels that are exclusive properties run by
English speaking staff.

Our ClubHotels offer a relaxed and social atmosphere to ensure that groups receive a friendly, fun, value for money
holiday. The ClubHotels are situated in various resorts across the French Alps. All our resorts offer something
different, from traditional French charm to lively and well established

The purpose of this role is to provide our customers with excellent customer service and advice in order to ensure that
customer's expectations are exceeded, financial and service targets are achieved and repeat business is generated in line
with all European legal requirements.

Our season has now started but we are still currently recruiting for our stand by list for the rest of the season.

What we are looking for

* Must have a British/EU passport and National Insurance card.

* Hold a valid European Health Insurance Card.

* Have a UK/Irish bank account.

* Basic experience of written and conversational French is desirable.

* Previous hotel experience.

Job Role

* To provide an informative, professional transfer to and from the airport, giving customers the necessary and
relevant details on the resort, company and ski pack sales.

* Organise ski school, ski hire and lift passes with local suppliers.

* To acquire and update accommodation, resort and local information to provide a first class level of information to
our customers.

* To talk to all guests on a regular basis to offer individual customer service, assistance and pre-empt any problems
to maintain high level of customer service.

* To provide an excellent ski hire service to our SkiBound clients, offering well maintained equipment, sound advice
and the opportunity to buy extra technician services.

* To assist with general hotel duties as directed by your manager.
