My client is a well established Retail company in the West End. They are offering the fantastic chance to join the busy HR team and to progress their career in a contract role.
The role on offer is for a Leadership and Talent Coordinator to join the busy L & D team. The main responsibilities will include:
Help with the planning of one to one leadership programs
Evaluate individual progression
General administration ranging from diary management to ensuring all databases are up to date
Ensure that all processes are implemented smoothly
Coordinating interviews
The ideal candidate will:
Be a team player
Ability to wok under pressure
Confident communication skills both written and verbal
Strong computer skills
A proven background of working in an HR team
A background within L & D
A retail background is desirable but not essential.
