Our client is now searching for a broad level of Process Engineers to be responsible for process development and characterisation. Understanding process capabilities and the implementation of process controls will be required as well as the procurement of new equipment when required.
Desired qualifications include:
- Strong Semiconductor process experience
- Experience within the high volume manufacturing environment
- Wafer fab process development experience (lithography, etch, PVD, thin films, CMP
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc or equivalent in electronic Engineering / Physics
