A successful private equity firm are looking for an outstanding Team Assistant to join their dynamic, young team based in
absolutely stunning South West London offices.
The role is busy and varied with a strong focus on accounts. There is lots to learn and you will be responsible for
complex diary management , extensive travel arrangements, PowerPoint presentations, organising and administration.
Supporting the CFO you will also be doing some accounts payable work, looking after investor communications and dealing
with investor transfers.
We are looking for a bright graduate (or someone with excellent A Levels) with strong PA experience, ideally with a
professional services/boutique finance background with a good grasp of numbers and working with spreadsheets. You will
need to be slick and immaculately presented, a real team player with exceptional communication skills, great attention to
detail, quick on your feet and great at problem solving and always being one step ahead.
