Part of the TUI Travel Group, SkiBound is a tour operator which has been specialising in school and adult group travel
for over 28 years. As well as our locally run hotels, SkiBound operate ClubHotels that are exclusive properties run by
English speaking staff.

Our ClubHotels offer a relaxed and social atmosphere to ensure that groups receive a friendly, fun, value for money
holiday. The ClubHotels are situated in various resorts across the French Alps. All our resorts offer something
different, from traditional French charm to lively and well established

The purpose of this role is to provide our school groups with excellent customer service and advice in order to ensure
that customer's expectations are exceeded, financial and service targets are achieved and repeat business is generated in
line with all European legal requirements.

What we are looking for

* Must have a British/EU passport and National Insurance card.

* Hold a valid European Health Insurance Card.

* Have a UK/Irish bank account.

* Basic experience of written and conversational French is desirable.

* Previous hotel experience.

* Ski/Snowboard experience essential

Responsibilities

* To provide an informative, professional transfer to and from the airport to give our clients the necessary and
relevant details and promote the Company. This may involve selling ski packs to clients whilst in transit.

* Organise ski school, ski hire and lift passes ensuring they are all co-ordinated effectively in liaison with local
suppliers.

* To acquire and update accommodation, resort and local information to provide a first class level of information to
our school groups and SkiBound adult clients.

* To visit each accommodation and talk to the clients on a regular basis to offer individual customer service,
assistance and pre-empt any problems to maintain high level of customer service.

* Socialise with the groups as appropriate
