Customer Service Job Description
Effectively manage all incoming calls from customers regarding their bookings
Offering the perfect solution to their queries
Accurately record customer information
Provide every customer with an exceptional level of service
Provide customers with documentation and information relevant to their enquiry/booking
Respond accordingly to incoming emails into central inbox
Skills and Experience
Strong customer services skills (Inbound, Outbound, Call Centre based)
Loyal, reliable and hardworking
Proven track record of a solid work history with at least 6 months in a similar call centre role
Excellent communication skills and knowledge of IT packages including Emails.
The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing environment
