Fantastic opportunity for a commercial minded generalist to move In-house and head up a legal function.
Based in south Yorkshire, you'll have previous experience of drafting, negotiating and reviewing a range of contracts and
commercial agreements. This is a stand alone position for an element of autonomy and self confidence is imperative.
Reporting into the FD, your main responsibilities with be to;
Provide legal support to Group relating to third party commercial relationships and its operations.
Provide legal support to Supplies Team Contracts Team in relation to all tender and bid submissions and the review of all
terms and conditions in relation to such tenders.
Effective negotiation and documentation of all commercial contracts including the preparation and negotiation of the
following: Heads of terms, Non-disclosure agreements, contracts; contract variations and renewals; contract management
documentation; and contract terminations.
Manage input from legal external law firms in relation to commercial contracts, banking documentation and facilities and
investor/shareholder restrictions as appropriate.
Manage and advise upon, with support from external litigators, as required, any disputes and advise upon the development
of mitigation strategies to reduce the risk of disputes and litigation arising
A competitive salary of c50-55k + Bens is offered to the candidate with the appropriate experience.
