The location is just outside of the Cambridgeshire border in Haverhill Suffolk
Crem Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor to work within a busy but lively office. This post is a 1
year maternity cover and ideally will be starting as soon as possible.
You will be required to facilitate and co-ordinate at a local, national and global level. Liaising with regional and
global Account Managers, to provide excellence in Customer Support.
Job Role
Providing assistance to a team of Account Managers
Log and maintain business opportunities in the company's own bespoke database
Preparing offers, quotes and pricing
Maintain and complete product, customer and pricing submissions accurately to ensure these are reflected in the
operational systems
Ordering samples
Tracking samples and dealing with relevant paperwork accordingly
Providing assistance in preparing presentations
Coordinating as required to deal with complaints
Working with account managers to set the pricing of new products
Co-ordinate the request of customer enquiries
Keeping the customers up to date with relevant information
Key Skills
You will have experience in a Customer Service role
Ideally you will have used the computer based system, SAP (although not essential)
Work well under pressure
Ability to work as a team and individually
Have excellent communication skills
You will have excellent time management with meeting strict deadlines
You will be computer literate
This role is available as soon as possible and interviews will take place in Haverhill following a short listing process
