New Product Development Manager
Based in Bedford

Our company is a well established and successful FTSE 100 business. We are looking to recruit a New Product Development
Manager for our education division. The education division is well known for providing effective software solutions to
educational establishments.

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in new product development and marketing. You will be responsible
for the inception and creation of new products, the coordination of marketing activities and the success of existing
products. The role revolves around crafting innovative messaging and positioning of products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop product positioning and messaging
* Sales enablement
* Product launch
* Market intelligence
* Demand generation

Essential Experience:
* New product development experience
* Strong commercial acumen

Desired Experience/Skills:
* Education sector experience
* Experience of managing the financial success of a portfolio of new and existing products
* Knowledge of the SIMS solutions and how they benefit school management/decision taking
