We have a significant opportunity for an experienced case manager to work on a remote basis with a number of our key commercial customers.
Your demonstrable experience within case management will ensure the client's rehabilitation is ethically and clinically coordinated, whilst you manage the agreed and most cost efficient outcomes.
You will know as a case manger, the role involves high volumes of report writing with an emphasis on clinical excellence and quality.
