Residential Conveyancer.

Residential conveyancer, East Midlands.

Derbyshire firm requires a conveyancing fee earner to join their existing busy team.

You should be a motivated, client-focused and friendly conveyancer who is looking for an exciting but challenging opportunity.

Working independently you'll handle a full caseload of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold matters in respect of sales, purchases, re-mortgages or transfers of equity. You should be able to build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries and become involved in marketing and business development opportunities

Ideally you'll have around upwards of 3 years conveyancing experience as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer and possess a good working knowledge of land law and landlord and tenant law.

You'll possess excellent client care and communication skills, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have previous experience of handling a large caseload of matters using a Case Management System. You should be a team player and be able to get along with others and enjoy working in a culture that is highly focused but friendly and supportive environment.

The team is a stable team and there are opportunities to progress.
