My client has been through a period of growth over the last 12 months and is now looking to strengthen their Finance and Management team. The successful individual must be qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) and will have a background in manufacturing. Day-to-day duties will be that of a typical Financial Controller, monthly management accounts, year end reporting, budget and cash flow management, however you will also be required to bring the Management team together in order to drive business growth. Working as No 1 in finance on site, you must be a hands-on, capable individual who can demonstrate excellent leadership skills and a strong character. You will also be challenged with expansive cost analysis to ensure maximum profitability of the product. This is an excellent opportunity for an up and coming individual who is ready for the next step as Financial Controller.
