BCL Legal is exclusively recruiting a Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join a leading Legal 500 listed law firm based in Hull.

This is a long established Legal 500 listed and Chambers rated private practice law firm with offices in both throughout East Yorkshire. With both commercial and personal, national and international clients, our client is able to offer a highly prestigious service.

Due to expansion and growth, they are looking to recruit a Private Client Fee Earner to join their busy team. Any Wills and Probate Lawyers of Legal Executives applying for this position must be able to work within the East Yorkshire are and have the following skill set:

* Preparing wills
* Advising on inheritance tax and tax planning solutions
* Estate administration
* Preparing and registering ordinary and lasting Powers of Attorney
* Handling Court of Protection applications and advising elderly clients
* Advising on, creation of and administration of trusts to include drafting deeds

Ideally applicants will be STEP qualified or have a desire to study the STEP qualification. It would be beneficial to have some experience acting on behalf of high net worth clients, although this is not essential for this post.
