THE ROLE
They are currently looking for a mid to senior level Commercial lawyer to join the team in the Thames Valley.
The role encompasses the full range of Commercial work (excluding M&A) but as a senior appointment the candidate should have experience of larger projects, such as outsourcing transactions, major supply contracts, complex commercial projects and Board level strategic advisory work.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be expected to lead significant transactions for major corporates and to supervise junior team members on these transactions and generally.
S/he will also be expected to take a lead role in marketing activities and in managing client relationships.
Experience from a major National or London firm is preferred and a following will be an advantage.
