Our client is one of the UK's leading house builders and due to an increased demand in the residential sector they are
looking to appoint a competent Residential Contracts Manager. They are a well-respected house builder with a reputation
for quality and customer service; currently they are producing approximately 600 units per annum and will be looking to
maintain this if not increase.

They are looking for a driven, forward thinking Contracts Manager with house building experience, ideally you will have
experience working with a volume builder but this is not essential. You will need to be able to manage and foresee issues
that may arise with sites to keep the build program on track and report back to the Operation Director on actions taken.

You will need to be pro-active in your approach and used to dealing with all departments internally as you will be
required to oversee all employees for each of your sites although they will not report to you directly.
