Legal Secretary/Assistant - Macclesfield
A Legal Secretary/Assistant is required to join a busy Personal Injury/RTA department within a Law Firm in Macclesfield. Salary up to 16k depending on experience.
This Law firm is known for their consistent growth, housing a vibrant team of professionals and has a fantastic client reputation. You can expect a busy working environment, with a hands-on team and long term career progression opportunities.
We are looking for candiadtes with at least 2 years experience within a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant position within Personal Injury.
As a Legal Secretary you will have the following duties/responsibilities:
* Audio/Copy Typing
* Opening and Closing Client Files
* Preparing trial bundles
* Instructions to council
* Dealing with clients over the telephone
* Diary & Email Management
* Sorting Post
* Archiving
* General Ad Hoc Administration
Experience in using digital dictation, a case management system (Proclaim) and using the RTA portal would be an advantage. You should be a people person that enjoys working within a team; alongside this you should have excellent ICT and Typing skills, with speeds of 65wpm+.
This is a permanent position, working hours are Full Time 9am - 5.30pm.
