Top tier City of London law firm who are a prominent and fast growing force operating in the premier mid-market seek a Private Equity Associate, min 5 yrs PQE. The team has a core focus on working and building relationships with the institutions, key intermediaries and management teams who operate in this sector and is one of only a limited number of firms with the necessary expertise and cross-border capability to operate in the premier mid-market. Candidates must have good experience and a sound understanding of M&A and buy-out transactions. Some experience of cross-border transactions would also be useful.
