The opportunity has been newly created within our rapidly expanding, very busy and fast paced Beaumaris office, for an experienced sales professional with the drive and enthusiasm to join the dedicated and passionate, award winning team in moving the business forward to its next level.

Purpose of the role:- To manage and develop the client and candidate database, building long lasting relationships, securing new and repeat business ensuring delivery of high standards of service.

Reporting to the Beaumaris office Business Manager, your duties will be challenging, varied and rewarding, to include;

* Researching and identifying prospective client companies, developing a good understanding of what they do and their work culture; identifying vacancy leads via a variety of sources
* Making outbound telephone calls to prospective client companies to promote the company's services
* Securing and attending appointments at prospective clients' offices
* Identifying and attending networking events (often out of core working hours)
* Consulting externally and internally ensuring business opportunities are maximised
* Provision of advice on the employer marketplace and candidate availability
* Taking responsibility and ownership of an allocated client base developing relationships further
* Creating detailed and appealing vacancy advertisements
* Receiving and reviewing applications, conducting interviews and short-listing candidates
* Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable shortlisted applicants, making recommendations to clients on interview selection and arranging with those chosen
* Informing candidates about the results of their interviews and preparing letters of appointment
* Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
* Working closely with colleagues in both offices to share information and ideas to enable the company to achieve optimum performance
* Weekly reporting on sales performance and forecasting on pipeline

You will be identifying and securing vacancies from new and existing employer clients with a cross-section of positions which can range from entry-level roles to directors and executives, covering all aspects of office personnel including accountancy, administration, sales, customer service, HR, marketing, IT and management.

Your aim will be to secure appropriate face to face meetings with employer clients to ensure that you gain a thorough understanding of their requirements and culture, and provide tailored information relating to the services offered. You will also provide advice to employer clients on salary levels, knowledge and skills availability and changes in employment legislation.

Achieving revenue and performance goals that will be mutually agreed on a quarterly basis, will be rewarded with high earnings and the opportunity to grow your business unit further.

Essential requirements to be considered for the post;

* Experience within business to business service based sales and commercial acumen

* Able to demonstrate experience of working in an organised and methodical fashion
* Ability to write effective correspondence with excellent grammar and attention to detail
* Accurate and timely data entry and typing skills
* Very good working knowledge of MS Office and au fait with modern technology
* The role will involve visiting clients at their offices and attending networking events, therefore a full driving licence is essential

Salary: £15-17k basic plus performance related bonus and commission (uncapped). In addition, you will receive 33 days annual leave inclusive of statutory bank holidays, access to company pool car for client visits, and study support where required. Working within our Investors in People gold award winning organisation you will have excellent opportunities for further career development.

Hours of work: 8.45am-5.30pm Mon-Thu, 8.45am-5pm Friday. (Flexibility will be required due to the nature of the business and role, including attendance at networking events outside of core hours).
