This Solihull Secondary school are looking to recruit an outstanding Teacher of MFL to join a close knit and effective
team to role starting in September 2012. The role will require the successful applicant to teach French to pupils aged
11-13 and then German to pupils aged 13-18. The school have a strong history of good results at both GCSE and A-Level
within the department and the school are looking for a teacher with high standards and expectations of their pupils and
the passion and drive to support them in maximising their potential.

The school itself is situated in the LEA of Solihull, with pupils aged from 11-18. The school site is extensive with
excellent facilities for all departments. Senior management at the school have been praised for their "strong leadership"
and each member of staff is committed to creating a learning environment that supports and encourages every child to
achieve their goals.

The post has come about due to a current member of staff relocating and is a permanent, full time role due to start in
September. The school are keen to ensure that they get a strong classroom practitioner with a passion for teaching German
who can contribute to ensuring the schools excellent history of results in MFL continue. The role would be suitable for
experienced German Teachers or excellent NQT's, with a specialism in German.
