Job title: Group Planning Manager
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: Competitive plus excellent benefits
Reference: FI000221
About the role
As our business continues to grow in terms of customers and members, our need to accurately plan and forecast our future performance is more critical than ever. In this key role, you'll support our Head of Group Finance Planning and Analysis to manage and deliver our Group Planning and Forecasting cycle, ensuring it's both up-to-date and concise. You'll create, collate and share data, making sure we have the best quality information from around the business. It's a role with a high profile across our organisation as you'll be supporting strategic projects and initiatives and, where needed, challenging Senior Leaders in their decision-making. Ultimately, you'll align plans with group strategic priorities so that we can manage our growing business in the best possible way.
About you
Highly-organised and analytical, you're a strategic thinker used to working in a fast-paced environment. We'd like you to have a degree (or equivalent) and a strong accountancy background - ideally you'll be CIMA or ACCA qualified. Understandably, you'll need a proven track record in planning, forecasting and project management. You're a confident, credible leader too, someone who can use their impressive communication and negotiation skills to generate engagement and understanding of our group planning process. Just as importantly, and like everyone here, you take the initiative and don't wait to be asked, constantly pushing forward the pace of our work and our business.
