Property Paralegal - Manchester - £18k

Property Paralegal required to join an established property team in a central Manchester Law Firm. The majority of the work will be Residential Property; however there will be some exposure to Commercial Property.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal to join a successful property team with a portfolio of high net worth clients. This vacancy has arisen due to an increase in workload within the department. This really is an exciting opportunity and a great time to join a team that is going from strength to strength. The firm a well established Manchester based practice with a reputable property team.

You should have at least one years experience in a Property Paralegal role including Residential Property/Conveyancing transactions and/or commercial property. This role will involve managing a number of HNW transactions.

Alongside experience we are looking for a forward thinking and ambitious paralegal to fit in with this growing team.

This is a full time position working in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Salary on offer is up to £18k depending on experience and there is a good benefits package in place.
