Job Description

* Targeting new business customers over the phone
* Successfully manage new business accounts won for the next 12 months
* Identify client needs, negotiate and close deals
* Researching, developing and maintaining business relationships
* Writing sales proposals and presentations for online demonstrations

Person Specification

* Proven track record in new business development
* Confident in making high volumes of outgoing calls
* Able to take a consultative approach to selling
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Any recruitment or online media experience would be advantageous

We offer a competitive salary with uncapped commission structure which realistically allows you to earn an OTE of 30k in
your first year.

You will receive full training and ongoing development coaching within this role to enable you to succeed and progress
throughout the company.
