Our client is a boutique commercial practice in the centre of Manchester with an entrepreneurial spirit and an impressive array of clients.

Whilst the Employment team is relatively small there remains wider ambition to grow things further.

The firm currently acts for a large number of OMB and SME clients as well as large Ltds providing both front end advice and tribunal support as well as wider corporate support.

Sought is an ambitious "go-getting" Solicitor or Associate to work alongside the existing team. You will have no less than 5 years PQE and be handling a predominantly Respondent case load. You will be an active business developer and keen to retain such standing.

Ideally you will have experience of mentoring and supporting junior fee earners and certainly you will need to be a good team player.

The firm has a great outlook and a very astute business focus. For the right solicitor/associate this is a fantastic platform to develop and grow.
