HR Manager

A provider of specialist services to the retail sector seeks a resilient HR Manager to support senior management across a
range of contracts in the South East. The successful candidate will provide advice in matters across the full range of HR
services such as grievance, discipline, welfare issues, recruitment and selection, training and development. There may
also be a need for you to be involved in key business projects such as TUPE transfer, reviews of market trends in
salaries etc.
You will be an Ambassador for HR across the business so it goes without saying that you will be an excellent communicator
and mediator and will be able to demonstrate the influencing and persuasive skills needed to be successful in this
demanding role. Essentially you will have the ability to effectively balance your own workload and be flexible in your
approach to changing priorities. This is a varied and challenging role and calls for a CIPD Qualified HR Generalist who
is able to provide support and advice across the full range of employee relations and employee law.
