Recoveries Paralegal
A Paralegal is wanted to manage a challenging insurance recoveries caseload with a leading Birmingham based firm of Solicitors. Applications are invited from Paralegals with at least 12 months experience managing a litigated, debt recovery or commercial litigation caseload. Salary is to £18k.
An award winning Legal 500 rated firm of Solicitors my client delivers commercial legal solutions across a range of industry sectors and is boasts a highly rated insurance team.
The Recoveries Paralegal will join a highly regarded team, managing a challenging caseload of insurance related debt recovery matters to conclusion. The department acts on behalf of a blue chip client base of insurers and self insured, the successful Paralegal will employ solid litigation experience and strong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcome for their clients. Full training will be provided and it is anticipated there will be plenty of opportunity for progression with the insurance department.
Applications are invited from Paralegals looking for an opportunity to develop their litigation experience in a Legal 500 rated firm of Solicitors. Paralegals should possess at least 12 months litigation experience, gained in a busy legal environment.
