healthy work life balance. We are currently looking for two experienced SAP HR Functional Consultants to join us on a
permanent basis in central Birmingham. Here you will join our Service Birmingham business which is Capita Plc's joint
partnership venture with Birmingham City Council. At Service Birmingham you work in the innovative hub from which all of
Birmingham City Council and its local authorities IT infrastructure is delivered.

As a SAP HR Functional Consultant you day to day role will be to; Support the HR/Payroll Service Owner with the day to
day operations of the HR Function; Be responsible for detailing customer requirements; Offer advice to the customer on
system capability both functional and technical; Take ownership of managing deliverables back to the customer; Provision
of detailed documentation to support the solution in a Live environment; Responsible to knowledge transfer new
developments to colleagues.

To join us as one of our new SAP HR Functional Consultants we will be looking for you to have the following:

* A comprehensive understanding of existing SAP products, tools and services,particularly in HR.

* Good understanding of Business Processes in the HR environment and the relationship with SAP functionality including
E-Recruitment and Learning Solutions.

* Experience of service delivery and managing business change requests from multiple areas

* Experience of using incident and change management systems, and managing workloads in accordance with SLA's/OLA's.

* Experience of working with and managing Third Party suppliers and deliverables

It would be great of benefit if you also have:

* Track record in actively maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies, particularly in the SAP product set.

* A full understanding of existing SAP products, tools and services particularly HR/ESS/MSS/Employee Interaction Centre

* Experience of service delivery within a first class IT organisation
