8 years or more experience would be ideal for this senior role, which has arisen due to impending retirement of a senior
fee earner. The firm which is one of the largest in Surrey, are keen to recruit a solicitor with strong management skills
and the desire to take their career to the next level. There will be lots of support for new ideas and the department is
not adverse to change.

Candidates will have a cv which will reflect their experience at senior level and demonstrate sound technical skills and
the ability to attract and maintain good client relationships. He or she will inherit a good client base and WIP but will
be expected to take the department on from there. This is an excellent career opening with long term prospects and bags
of opportunity with a modern firm who have maintained size and growth over the last few years.
