Service Delivery Manager (SAP HR & Payroll) Birmingham Up to 45,000 + Capita Benefits.

healthy work life balance. We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven Service Delivery Manager, ideally from an IT
background and/or with SAP Payroll and HR knowledge, to join us on a permanent basis in central Birmingham. Here you will
join our Service Birmingham business which is Capita Plc's joint partnership with Birmingham City Council. At Service
Birmingham you work at our innovative hub of technology from which all of Birmingham City Council and local authorities
IT infrastructure is delivered. We are really looking for an outstanding candidate to join us as the Service Delivery
Manager of the SAP HR & Payroll teams.

To join us and to apply we will be looking for you to have the following:

* Proven ability to transform, build, maintain and strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

* Proven leadership ability and people management skills

* Experience of managing medium size development/support teams and ability to manage a challenging support environment
effectively

* Experience of business change management

It would be great of benefit if you also have:

* SAP HR and Payroll knowledge or a track record in actively maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies

* Experience working as a Service Delivery Manager for an large IT organisation

* Understanding and practical application of the ITIL Process around Service Management

* Experience working for an outsourcer

* Experience working in a local authority finance, logistics, HR & Payroll environment.
