deliver. As our Head of Product Marketing, you will make a substantial contribution to the growth and success of
Communicator Corp by taking ownership of our products and solutions and driving their positioning in the digital market.

Head of Product Marketing / Product Marketing Manager Duties:

* Guide clients through the development and deployment of marketing and lifecycle messaging strategies and assist
colleagues in securing new clients

* Act as the project manager on implementation projects for both new and existing clients

* Obtain client requirements relating to their email and mobile management needs and document them in a logical and
concise manner

* Perform detailed analyses across programs, campaigns and segments, make actionable recommendations for improvement
and propose solutions

* Proactively liaise with clients to highlight industry developments and best practice

* Support Sales and Account Management in reaching aggressive sales targets (i.e. proposal writing, project scoping,
presentation of custom solutions, etc.)

Head of Product Marketing / Product Marketing Manager Person Specification:

* Solid experience in a managerial or team leader position

* Strong experience of product development / product marketing in SaaS companies, preferably with experience in email,
mobile or social technology

* Proven experience of launching new products to the marketplace and developing marketing strategies and positioning
for technology products

* Demonstrable success in several different disciplines, including marketing and project planning, with a sound
understanding of technology

* Proven knowledge of market and competitive analysis

* A high level of enthusiasm with the ability to work effectively with all functions of a business and develop
effective relationships

* A passion for innovation
