My client, for the last 10 years has been implementing CRM, Accounts/ERP and Business Intelligence software solutions to more than 650 organisations worldwide, ranging from large corporate and public-sector organisations to small and medium sized enterprises.
The role:
The Sage 200 Support Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support to 3rd party clients by telephone, e-mail and remote access.
Logging first line support calls as they come in and monitor the status of calls daily.
Escalation of issues to second or third line and to Sage where necessary.
Tracking of faults to conclusion with client.
Report writing and data migration work from legacy systems.
This role is based at the Maidenhead office.
The person:
*Understanding of basic Accounting principles essential.
*Sage 200 Financials and Commercials accreditation ideal.
*Prior experience with Sage 200 in a similar role ideal.
*Experience with Sage Line 100 and MMS advantageous.
*Experience with Project Accounting / Sicon and Draycir modules advantageous.
*Experience of working with Microsoft SQL Server.
*Good troubleshooting and analytical thinking.
*Strong personality with good communication skills to control the team and maintain communication channels with customers.
