Private Client Solicitor

Our client is a full service commercial law firm with a fantastic private client offering that is considered one of the best in Manchester.

As part of its desire for ongoing growth sought is a Private Client Solicitor or Associate with upwards of 4/5 years PQE.

The department handles a number of high net worth estates and clients and is involved in,often, complex strategic estate management including handling inheritance and capital gains tax issues as well as probate matters.

Due to the complexity and challenging work, the right Solicitor will have a good academic profile and have handled high net worth work with experience of IHT and CGT. It is likely that you will be coming from a large national or strong regional practice but certainly you will have some understanding of working with a large national practice. You may already be STEP qualified or working towards that.

In addition to exposure to excellent quality work, there will be ongoing professional development and you will be encouraged to get involved in marketing and business development initiatives both internally and externally.
