Personal Assistant
An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our client, a investment banking and securities firm based in London
Key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant job will include:
-Extensive calendar organisation, handles high volume of phone calls and emails.
-Relays information in a timely manner, coordinates and schedules meetings, conferences and special events.
-Coordinates travel arrangements and assists with T&E reports.
-Takes on ad hoc projects while maintaining work flow and miscellaneous general office duties and administrative support.
-Orders and organises all supplies.
-Maintains faxes, printers and photocopiers.
-Must be able to prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasks.
-Demonstrates dependability, sense of urgency, and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task.
-Must display a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone, by e-mail and letter to senior level executives.
-Comfortable working with people at all organisational levels.
The ideal Personal Assistant will possess the following attributes/skills:
-Strong MS Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook.
-Pleasant phone manner, ability to multi-task, prioritise, good sense of humour, communication skills, articulate and resourceful.
-Must be a team player that works well under pressure.
